首席科学家:

  阮珏,研究员,博士生导师。现任尊龙凯时·人生就是搏组学技术研究中心主任。主要研究领域为高通量测序技术下的生物信息学算法研发和应用。国家优青获得者,中国农科院“青年英才”,2016年荣获“中国专利优秀奖”,2018年获评农业农村部“杰出青年农业科学家”,2019年荣获“广东青年五四奖章”。以第一/并列第一/通讯作者在 Nature、Nature Methods、Nature Genetics、Nature Communications 等国际学术期刊上发表论文16篇,所有学术论文累计他引14000多次。

  研究方向: 研发组学算法和测序方法,致力于解决基因组学及其他组学研究中核心方法学问题。

  研究成绩:团队开发了三代测序数据组装的主流算法软件 SMARTdenovo 和 WTDBG ;开发出最佳平衡准确度的体细胞结构变异检测算法 NovoBreak ;在低频突变检测上,连续开发了 Droplet-CirSeq、O2N-seq、 微量DNA扩增等技术,将二代测序错误率从10-2-10-3水平降低至10-5-10?8水平的同时,数据有效率提高10-30倍;建立了 ribominusRNA-seq (rmRNA-seq) 实验和分析方法,并应用到植物基因可变剪接和植物抗逆的研究;开发了 NSF-Mate Pair Library 技术加速大片段DNA文库构建。团队独立研发的组学技术以及与相关科研院所高�?沟淖檠Ъ际鹾献飨钅砍晒群蠓⒈碓� Nature、Nature Genetics、Nature Methods、Nature Communications 等国际期刊,在农业基因组学技术研究领域产生重要的影响。团队先后承担了国家重点研发计划项目、国家优秀青年科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金面上及青年基金项目等国家级科研项目。

  Agricultural Genomics Technology Innovation & Application Innovation Group

  Chief Scientist:

  Jue Ruan, Research Professor, Doctoral Advisor, Director of the Omics Technology Research Center. He focuses on the Research and Development of the Bioinformatic algorithm for the High-Throughput Sequencing Technologies. He is the winner of National Excellent Youth Fund, selected as the "Young Talents" of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the owner of the 18th Chinese Outstanding Patent Invention & Industrial Design in 2016, and awarded with “the Excellent Youth Agricultural Scientist” in 2018 by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, China, and obtained Guangdong Province's Youth Award In 2019. He has published 16 SCI papers (the first author or corresponding author) in journals including Nature, Nature Methods, Nature Genetics, Genome Research, PNAS, Nature Communications. All publications have  total citations of 14000 times to date.

  Research Field:

  Our group focus on the research and development of the Omics Algorithms and Sequencing methods, dedicates to solving the key issue of the research for the genomics and other Omics.

  Achievements:

  We developed several genomics technologies including SMART-denovo, WTDBG, Droplet-CirDeq, o2n-seq, novoBreak, NSF-Mate Pair Library. Besides, we cooperated with several academic institutes on the genomics research, and shared the achievements in a series of top international journal with much higher quote rate such as Nature、Nature Genetics、Nature Methods、Nature Communications etc. And make good effect in the reserch field of agricultural genomics techonology. Grants includes the National keypoint research and invention program, the National Science Found for Excellent Young Scholars, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General?Program) etc.
