课题组长

邬倩,所聘副研究员,联培硕士生导师,深圳市海外高层次人才。2015年博士毕业于北京大学。长期从事植物分子生物学,研究领域主要包括长距离信号以及激素调控在植物系统性响应逆境胁迫中的作用。以第一作者(含共同)和通讯作者(含共同)身份在Plant Cell,New Phytologist, Plant Physiology以及Plant Journal等国际学术期刊上发表学术论文6篇。主持国家自然科学基金1项。联系方式:[email protected]

团队研究方向

目前主要以黄瓜植株和模式植物拟南芥为研究对象,一方面探索和解析植物与环境胁迫因子(非生物刺激、营养元素匮乏和生物胁迫等)互作的系统性应答与调控机制,研究工具包括多组学分析,分子遗传学、细胞生物学和植物生理学(如植物电生理)等手段;另一方面,致力于构建植物在不同环境刺激下的电信号应答模型,以期用于指导精准育种,研究方法包括植物电生理和机器学习等。
