课题组长
胡冠菁, 研究员,博士生导师。2006年本科毕业于北京大学,2013年博士毕业于美国爱荷华州立大学。2013至2020年继续在美国爱荷华州立大学生态、进化及有机生物学系Jonathan F. Wendel教授实验室从事棉属植物的进化遗传学和功能基因组学研究。迄今已发表SCI期刊论文34篇;以第一或通讯作者(含共同)发表SCI论文13篇,单篇最高影响因子14.919,累计影响因子超过70。近五年来,发表SCI期刊论文15篇(第一作者4篇),主持国家自然基金面上项目1项;受邀在国际学术会议进行专题报告4次,担任组织者1次;兼职担任国际期刊编委2项。

研究方向
胡冠菁课题组以棉属植物重要农艺性状的遗传解析与育种应用为主要研究方向,采用进化系统生物学方法整合多维度与多组学研究手段,致力于解析复杂性状的遗传调控网络与干预机制,为高效精准育种提供理论依据。
围绕棉属植物进化基因组学和育种,主要开展以下研究工作:(1)棉属野生种质资源的发掘创新;(2)重大棉花品种形成及关键农艺性状的遗传解析。通过对多倍体基因组的细胞遗传学特性、序列变异、染色体结构、转录调控元件、以及动态表达谱进行系统生物学分析,我们将深入探索棉花纤维发育、棉籽油份合成、胁迫响应等重要生理机制在驯化改良过程中的演化机制以及全基因组网络调控基础。
